Enrollment
Thank you for choosing Mountain Lakes Country Day School.
Once you have seen our center and we’ve determined availability and a start date, we will provide an enrollment packet which includes a detailed Registration Form, Health Form, Child Information Form, a Parent Handbook and other essential forms.
At this point, a one-time, non-refundable registration fee, along with a non-refundable four-week advance tuition deposit, will be required to secure your child’s enrollment.
We’re excited to welcome you and your child(ren) to our center and look forward to being part of your family’s journey
Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire
To check on availability for your child or children, please take a moment to complete the form on the “Contact Us” tab with some preliminary information about your child(ren) and your needs. You can return this information to us by clicking “Send It” or by emailing us directly at info@mlcds.com.
Once we’ve determined availability, we will contact you to proceed with the enrollment process or place your name on our waiting list, if applicable.
If you have not had a tour of our school, we recommend that you call to set up an appointment for a visit. We look forward to meeting you and your child(ren). We will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your visit.
