Owner & Director
Mountain Lakes Country Day School opened its doors in June of 1999. Owner and Director, Cindy Pirrello, has been working with children for over 24 years.
Low Teacher/Child Ratios & Certified Teachers
We are very proud of the Low Teacher to Child Ratios that we maintain at all times. In addition to the low ratios, our center is staffed with Certified Teachers in each one of our Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K classes.

Enrichment Programs
In addition to our school programs, we offer many different enrichment programs for your child. Enrichment programs include a school-wide music class with Music ‘N Me, the Morris County Library Monthly Book Loan Program, and various “in house” special events and visitors.
MLCDS also hosts several outside programs that families can add to their child’s schedule for additional enrichment opportunities. They are:

“Our son started at Mountain Lakes Country Day School when he was five months old. When he was six months old, I experienced a major health crisis. When he was 17 months old, he was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). Through it all, the MLCDS staff have been incredibly supportive of our family as a whole.
