Leadership
Mountain Lakes Country Day School opened its doors in June of 1999. Becky Lutz, owner of MLCDS, is a Mountain Lakes resident and mother of 2 children who attend this school. Director, Jennifer Feldman, has been working at MLCDS for over 25 years. Assistant Director, Farah Sheira brings valuable experience to her current role, having previously served as an assistant teacher at this school for four years.
Low Teacher/Child Ratios & Certified Teachers
We are very proud of the Low Teacher to Child Ratios that we maintain at all times. In addition to the low ratios, our center is staffed with Certified Teachers in each one of our Toddler, Preschool and Pre-K classes.

Enrichment Programs
In addition to our school programs, we offer many different enrichment programs for your child. Enrichment programs include a weekly TaeKwonDo class, Technology Toolbox class, a Morris County Library Monthly Book Loan Program, and various “in house” special events and visitors.
